Even a seasoned pitch or presentation designer sometimes needs a refresher on the basics. We are pitching or presenting to other imperfect human beings who digest the world differently. Sometimes the way we see things isn’t the same as someone else. The best we can do, is to make sure our copy is simplified and our design doesn’t distract from our core message. Blending text with images is an art, but there’s also a psychology behind it.
