We typically price on a custom quoted project basis. However, if you are looking for a few ballpark numbers to estimate your project, prior to receiving a detailed quote from our team, here’s our short-list of services as well as current pricing.

Every project has it’s own specific timelines and schedule created. As with pricing, we can broadly estimate the following based on a ‘typical’ project.
All timing is based on actual work-time (not client feedback time), on a M-F work week.
48hr standard minimum turnaround. Faster turnarounds may require rush and/or OT cost approval.
Once a project quote is signed we require 50% payment up-front before assigning the team to any work, with the other 50% due prior to final delivery of completed assets.
For any projects that are quoted based on an estimate to complete, meaning the client may require more unforeseen work on the project quoted, any additional remaining balance will be added to the second payment.
All payments are due Net 10 days unless otherwise pre-negotiated.
For clients who require ongoing (monthly) work, we bill at the end of each month, on a Net 10 days. Late payments may result in pausing of work in progress.
Our preferred method of payment is direct deposit ACH payment for all services. If a credit card or other payment service option is required, an additional 3% transaction fee will be applied to the services total.
All creative drafts will be provided by 10:00AM PST on the date they are due.
We utilize a platform called Frame.io for all design and video reviews. CustomShow reviews will be provided directly in the CustomShow platform.
Drafts of creative may be watermarked and will typically be delivered at a lower resolution than the final end-product delivery.
If the client has a specific delivery deadline that must be met, a schedule will be created and must be approved and signed off on by the client. Any delays in providing feedback may require a change to the calendar deadline. If additional overtime or additional team assets are required to compensate for a client delay, pre-approved OT may be required in order to complete the project by the deadline.
Our team is backed by ISO 27001:2013 certification policies. No data can leave our facility on a flash drive, or be sent through 3rd party applications. That said, we do not have control over our client’s internal security measures and cannot be held liable for issues that may arise that are beyond our control.
We are also happy to sign an NDA if required. We do not provide an NDA for signature due to the legal perspectives of such a document.

Whether you need print materials, conference booth designs, live keynote presentations, web design, or even a custom Digital Asset Managment platform, please consider talking to use before assuming we can’t handle a particular service. While we can’t claim to “do it all” (and no agency really can), we won’t hesitate to let you know if something is beyond our team’s area of expertise and offer up 3rd party solutions for consideration. We will never take on a project we aren’t 100% fully confident we can over-deliver on.
